FAQs
Restroom trailer rental questions, answered
Everything you need to know before you book — from what's included to how delivery works.
Booking & availability
How far in advance should I book?
As early as possible. Peak weekends from May through October book months out. A deposit holds your date — call 801-699-3826 or use the contact form to check availability.
Is a deposit required?
Yes. A deposit secures your date and confirms the reservation. Wasatch Water Closets will go over the amount when you request a quote.
What is your cancellation policy?
Contact Wasatch Water Closets as soon as possible if your plans change. Deposit terms vary based on how far in advance you cancel — the full policy is covered when you book.
Delivery & setup
How does delivery and pickup work?
Wasatch Water Closets delivers, levels, and fully stages the trailer — typically the morning before your event. Pickup happens after the event concludes. You don't need to be on site for either. For multi-day rentals, servicing is scheduled based on usage.
Do you need water or power hookups at the venue?
No. Wasatch Water Closets trailers carry their own fresh-water and waste tanks and run entirely self-contained. If your venue has hookups, they can be used. If it doesn't, the price is exactly the same.
Is there a surcharge for off-grid or remote venues?
No. Self-contained operation is standard, not a premium. Mountain venues, canyon sites, and locations without hookups are priced the same as city venues. Distance from Salt Lake County may affect the delivery fee, but off-grid capability does not.
What areas in Utah do you serve?
Salt Lake City, Park City, Provo, Heber and Midway, Sandy, Draper, South Jordan, Ogden, Tooele, Logan, and surrounding Northern Utah. Call 801-699-3826 if you're unsure whether your location is in range.
What's included
What is included in every rental?
Delivery, leveling, staging, stocking with paper goods and soap, climate control (AC and heat), hot water, and pickup after your event. The trailer is fully self-contained — no site hookups required.
What is the White Glove Attendant Service?
A dedicated on-site attendant who keeps the trailer clean, stocked, and guest-ready throughout your event. Available as a standalone add-on for any rental — no package required. Contact us for per-event pricing.
Can I rent a trailer for multiple days?
Yes. Multi-day rentals are available for festivals, construction job sites, and extended events. Servicing (pump-out and restocking) is scheduled based on usage and guest or crew volume.
Sizing & pricing
What trailer sizes are available, and how many guests does each serve?
Wasatch Water Closets offers a 2-stall luxury trailer (up to approximately 150 guests, from $1,250/day) and a 3-stall (150–250 guests, from $1,700/day). For larger events or ongoing job-site use, request a custom quote.
What does the final price depend on?
Base rate plus distance to your venue, duration, guest count, and any add-ons like the White Glove Attendant. Use the instant estimate tool for a quick range, or call and Wasatch Water Closets will give you an all-in number.
Can you provide a certificate of insurance?
Yes. Wasatch Water Closets provides COIs for venues, permit requirements, agency contracts, and job-site paperwork. Share your requirements when you book.
