What goes into your price
Every line item, explained before you book.
Trailer day rate. The 2-stall luxury trailer is $1,250 per event day — fully self-contained with AC, heat, hot water, and flushing porcelain. Delivery, setup, pickup, and generator (if your venue has no power) are all included.
Event package. Wedding, corporate, festival, and film packages layer styling, amenities, and attendant service onto the base rental. Each tier is priced as a flat add-on (or per day for film productions).
À-la-carte add-ons. Florals, signage, amenity baskets, LED lighting, and White Glove Attendant service can be added individually. The attendant is priced per event day.
Delivery distance. Salt Lake Valley delivery is included. A travel fee applies for Provo/Utah County, Heber Valley, and Park City/Summit County — built into your total, never a surprise line item.
Utah sales tax. Short-term equipment rentals are taxable in Utah. The rate is based on your delivery ZIP code and is itemized in your estimate. Rates range from ~7.3% (Utah County) to ~9.55% (Summit County). The owner updates the rate table quarterly.

Reserve your date
Review your booking summary, then pay your deposit and sign the agreement.
Deposit will not be charged until your date is confirmed and a countersigned contract is sent. This will happen within 48 hours of contract signature.
