How much does a wedding restroom trailer package cost in Utah?

Base trailer rental starts at $1,250 for a 2-stall. Wedding packages add $350 (The Vow), $650 (The Celebration), or $1,000 (The Grand) to that base. Final price includes delivery and pickup; venues well beyond Salt Lake County may carry a small travel fee.

What is included in a wedding package?

Every package starts with the full trailer rental — delivery, climate control, hot water, paper goods, and pickup — plus additional styling and amenities based on the tier. Higher tiers add locally sourced Utah florals, curated amenity baskets, custom signage, ambient lighting, and a dedicated on-site attendant.

What comes in the amenity baskets?

Women's basket: hand lotion, hair spray, bobby pins, stain remover wipe, breath mints, lip balm, feminine products, safety pins, and bandages. Men's basket: cologne sampler, comb, breath mints, stain remover wipe, and bandages.

Does the restroom trailer work at a venue with no water or power hookups?

Yes. Wasatch Water Closets trailers are fully self-contained with onboard fresh-water and waste tanks. No site hookups are required, and there is no off-grid surcharge. The same price applies whether your venue is a downtown ballroom or a mountain meadow in Park City.

How far in advance should we book?

As early as possible, especially for peak weekends (May–October). Your date is secured with a deposit. Wasatch Water Closets typically delivers the morning before the event and picks up the day after, so setup never overlaps with your timeline.

Can we add a White Glove Attendant without a full package?

Yes. The attendant is available as a standalone add-on for any rental. Wasatch Water Closets will include per-event attendant pricing when you request a quote.
